Did you know that your Soaps N Suds Laundry Card will work at all 19 of our laundromats? It’s true! Now you can load your laundry card and use it in Hampton, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Williamsburg, Virginia. Keep reading to find out how and the benefits. Using Your Laundry Card

To use your laundry card, simply go to any of our 19 locations (See below) and visit the in-store kiosk. Swipe your laundry card, and follow the on-screen instructions to add money. Our kiosk accepts cash and all major credit/debit cards.

Remember to treat your laundry card the same as you would a credit card or cash. Make sure to add your name and contact information to the card. If your card is lost or stolen and it isn’t registered to you, we will be unable to recover your money. If your card is registered to you we can easily transfer your money to a new card.

Which Laundromat is Your Card Good At?

Soaps N Suds has 19 convenient locations in Virginia. The good news is that your laundry card will work at any of these locations. 

This is the question that we get asked the most. How do I check my laundry card balance? To check your balance you can do it in two ways. Open the website live.laundrycard.com and enter your laundry card number. This will give you your balance. Or, go to the laundromat and using the kiosk insert your card and follow the instructions to check your balance. 

Keep in mind that you can only check your balance online. To add funds, you’ll need to go to the laundromat and use the kiosk.
